The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) admits students all year round, does not require JAMB UTME, and bills per semester and per course rather than one lump school fee. Every guide is checked against the official portal at nou.edu.ng. NOUN has no admission agents and no acceptance fee: every payment goes through Remita on the student portal, so ignore anyone offering to “process” your admission for a fee.
